About Us
Crossturn, Inc. is an Oklahoma nonprofit organization incorporated to advance the social welfare of our communities through civic engagement, community organizing, and policy advocacy.
We believe that durable change happens when people are organized, informed, and empowered to participate in the decisions that shape their lives.
Our Structure
Crossturn, Inc. is organized as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Unlike 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, we are permitted to engage in lobbying and political activities as part of our social welfare mission — which is central to our work.
We are incorporated in the State of Oklahoma and operate in compliance with Oklahoma nonprofit corporation law.
